Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in Voyage After Dark events, operated by Yachtboyz LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to these terms.
2. Age Requirement
All attendees must be 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for boarding. No exceptions.
3. Tickets & Payment
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified. Event protection options are available at time of purchase. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval.
4. Event Location
Exact boarding location is revealed 24 hours before each event to maintain exclusivity and security. All events depart from the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area.
5. Code of Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest without refund for violation of these policies.
6. Liability
By attending, you assume all risks associated with maritime activities. The Company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where prohibited by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hudson County, New Jersey.
